How I Grew My Pinterest Viewers to 1.5 Million in 4 Weeks

Sharing is caring!

Blogger Resource: How I gained 1,000,000 monthly Pinterest viewers using Viraltag, an all-in-one social media scheduler.

Hey, hey, y'all.

On weekends, I tend to throw in something not food related from time to time. Today, I'm sharing something for the blogger's resources index: the well-needed social media scheduler.

Sorry, recipe folks. This is strictly for the bloggers.

As a blogger, especially a new blogger, things are a lot tougher than they were just a few years ago to take blogging from a hobby to a career. You're not just a 'blogger', you're an influencer. And all that influencing means you gotta have social presence all day, every day.

Yeah, I don't have time to post to Pinterest every 20 minutes. And creating a new post for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, blah blah blah every couple hours is a pain in the butt. I would know, I did that for a while. And it sucked.

I tried a couple of other schedulers, some of which were confusing, and the free ones only focused on Twitter, Facebook, etc. The paid ones only focused on Pinterest itself. Not only that, but the affordable versions of the schedulers only let me schedule a small amount of pins a month. I'm talking maybe a couple hundred pins a month.

Yeah, that won't exactly work out too well for most small businesses or serious bloggers.

Just about everything in Viraltag did better in each category than the other schedulers. The folks at Viraltag give an entire 2 week free trial (much more time than most schedulers) and when they asked if I wanted more time, they gave me two more weeks free.

Their customer service is fantastic and if you're ever confused about how things work, they have someone on their team show you a demo of how everything works. Great for someone who's just getting into the whole 'scheduler' game.

Now let's get deep into the review, and why scheduling is so important:

How does scheduling work? And how does it work with Viraltag?

Okay, remember how I told you as a blogger that you are now an influencer? That influencing is around the clock, honey.

I get a ton of views on here from countries around the world, like Australia, the UK, South Africa, etc, and you don't want your traffic to stop just because the other side of the world is missing your pins and posts while you're sleeping. Scheduling your facebook posts, pinterest re-pins, and pre-writing and scheduling your Instagram posts to go live while you're sleeping or busy working on your blog is probably one of the best things you can do to build your audience and boost traffic.

With Viraltag you can schedule bulk posts and re-pins (a must when working with Pinterest!) and even  create some evergreen pin and post schedules of your best stuff so that way, even if you forget to schedule anything, you don't have any lulls in your posting. Consistency is really important when you're an influencer, and evergreen posts make sure that your audience still see you even when you're on a plane, an island with no cell service, running errands, taking care of fussy kids, or whatever has you too busy to stop, find a photo, create a caption, find hashtags, link to your posts, re-pin to all your group boards, you know the drill.

Bulk scheduling helps out tremendously, too. Imagine I want all of my blog posts to be pinned and re-pinned to all the group boards I'm a part of...I believe I'm part of over twenty, including my Food Blogosphere Board. So that would be pinning 100 pins twenty times each. Oh my Lord, who has time for that? Do you have time for that? Chile, I don't. With the bulk scheduler, I can schedule all of my desired pins to the group boards in a matter of a couple of minutes, and my pins are done for the week. Never a lull, never a reader from across the world missing out on your brand new apple pie post, or being able to repin it to their boards.

How do you know Viraltag is working?

Since I started using Viraltag, my Pinterest audience has risen over 1 million viewers, from 500,000 to 1.5 million in a matter of 4 weeks. My Facebook likes have gone from being about 50+ a week to 300+ a week and being more consistent on Instagram, I went from 700-ish followers to almost 1000 this past month.

Boom.

I'd been using Tailwind, Buffer, Crowdfire, I tried using Boardbooster (don't even ask me how that went), none of them were really showing me any results, not to mention I couldn't really see any analytics while using their free trials. Another feature I love about Viraltag is that is shows your best times for engagement and posting not only in the analytics but also in the 'evergreen' post area, so you can post your best stuff at the best times. Talk about a winner.

What makes Viraltag so different?

Scheduling with Viraltag is super easy: it's an all-in-one marketing platform, enabling you to schedule to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc, so you're able to attach multiple accounts depending on your plan. A church we used to go to (when we lived closer) used a $30/mo scheduler just to help them post to Instagram. Just Instagram.

Viraltag's an all-in-one marketing platform, enabling you to schedule to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc, so you're able to attach many, many accounts depending on your plan. They have great customer service, they make scheduling so easy, especially having to only use this app to create posts and schedule across my major social media. The cost for the pro plan is $24/mo when you pay for the annual plan.

You'll be in good hands with Viraltag, I have yet to find a single qualm as they took care of every Pinterest need and social media posting issue I had. My blog traffic has increased, my social media presence is growing at a much faster rate than with any other scheduler I've used, and I'm sure you'll have the same results.

As you can tell, I really love Viraltag.

And I'm not the only one loving Viraltag. Independent bloggers and big shot brands are using Viraltag to execute their marketing, establish social media presence, and build their brands. Hearst publications, H&M, Lacoste, and AOL are just a few of the tens of thousands of brands using Viraltag.

Viraltag is also endorsed by the Professional Travel Blogger Association and Food Blogger Pro.

Yeah, that's right. FBP likes Viraltag, too. But if you're not a blogger, you may just be a small business owner, Viraltag can boost your traffic, and with increased traffic comes increased sales, right? A total win.

You can go to Viraltag here, get started and start boosting your social media presence ASAP. While most schedulers cost as much or even more for unlimited pinning on Pinterest and nothing else, this is the best all-in-one scheduler I have found to date online.

Now I have a little secret to share with you: if you're a blogger you can get the blogger plan, a $7/mo annual plan (and six months free!) by writing a review on Viraltag, too! Yes, honey, seven dollars a month, better than even the cheapest plan with Tailwind and you have unlimited posts and usage of their analytics and different programs. You're totally welcome. Just don't forget to share the blogger love by using my link to sign up (again, here it is) to pay the blogging karma forward.

Have you tried Viraltag? Are you a hard core Tailwind/Boardbooster/Buffer fan? Let me know!
