Christmas tiiiimmmeee is heeerrreeee
Happinesssss and cheeeeeer.
Sorry, Charlie Brown Christmas is the all-time MVP of Christmas tv programming and I'm in full holiday spirit the moment it comes on; my Christmas cheer is over 9000.
Extra points if you know where that's from.
Y'all ever had tea punch? I swear it must be a southern thing, because too many people tell me they don't know what tea punch is when I bring out the punch bowl and some Arnold Palmer in the winter.
Basically Christmas tea punch is a mix of juice, a sparkling wine or juice, and your favorite tea. I bring it out during the holiday parties, I bottle it up and bring it as hostess gifts, and it's darn good with a little alcohol.
Usually I make it with some southern Arnold Palmer, but that involves a couple of pots and some time to make both the lemonade and the sweet tea. So for this fast and easy version, I used the new half and half Cold Brew Southern Breeze Sweet Tea bags.
No boiling, no fuss, and I didn't even have to add sugar, because the sweetener is inside the bags. Their sweet tea is zero calorie and great for those with dietary concerns, like diabetes, which makes this tea punch added-sugar-free, y'all.
I set up a bowl with a few cups of cold water and steeped some bags for about 8 minutes, because I wanted the tea flavor to be strong since each bag is actually made to give you one 8 oz cup of sweet tea and I was making a large amount.
Literally, that's all I had to do.
Then I mixed it with sparkling apple cider, some mulled apple cider, and some cranberry juice. Christmas tea punch is so simple and easy, so long as there is tea and juice, there is tea punch.
