Ingredients
Caramel Vodka - This is what gives us that caramel apple flavor, instead of just tasting the apple cider on its own. I used Kissed Caramel Vodka by Smirnoff.
Cinnamon Sticks - You can find these at the grocery store sometimes, but if you can't, these are the ones I use that I find online.
Whole Cloves.
Fresh Apple Cider - This gives us way more fall vibes and a stronger, more 'real' apple flavor than regular apple juice.
Fresh Apples - The sangria marinates with fresh apple slices and some pears. Use granny smith apple for a tart flavor that'll hold up in texture.
Club Soda - Y'all know I love a bit of fizz in my cocktails, and club soda does that without messing with the flavor. You can also use ginger ale or ginger beer.
A bottle of White Wine - I love a sweet wine, but a good dry white wine also works incredibly well here!
Caramel Sauce - Use store bought for ease, or make it yourself. I used some I had leftover from making peach cobbler pound cake recently.

Instructions
Stir all the ingredients together in your pitcher, except the caramel sauce and club soda.
Let the sangria marinate overnight. When you're ready to serve, add in the bubbly soda.
Serve with glasses rimmed with caramel sauce and a little sanding sugar for extra pizzazz!
