metal cocktail skewer
- ¼ cup fudge sauce
- 1 graham cracker crushed into fine crumbs

For the Martini
- 2 ounce chocolate liqueur Godiva or Mozart brand

Make the Chocolate Graham Cracker Rim
Smooth the fudge sauce onto a small plate. Pour the graham cracker crumbs onto another small plate. Dip the back of a spoon into the fudge sauce and swipe it on the inside of the martini glass. Dip the rim of your martini glass into the fudge sauce and coat it well, then repeat in the graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
¼ cup fudge sauce, 1 graham cracker
Make the S'mores Martini
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the chocolate liqueur, vodka, Bailey's, and half and half. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into your prepared martini glass
2 ounce chocolate liqueur, 1 ounce whipped cream vodka, 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur, 1 ounce half and half
Finish the garnish with the giant marshmallow by skewering it onto a cocktail skewer. OPTIONAL: Burn the marshmallow with a small kitchen torch until golden brown. I am not endorsing catching it on fire.
