Chef Tips
-
- For an extra touch of elegance, chill your martini glasses before serving. Just pop them in the freezer for a few minutes or fill them with ice water while you're making the cocktail.
-
- A fresh strawberry on the rim is a simple, pretty garnish that adds a little extra flavor. You could also top the drink with a dollop of whipped cream for that full shortcake experience!
-
- If you’re short on time or just want to skip the puree step, you can use strawberry simple syrup or loosened up strawberry jam instead. Just start with 2 ounces of syrup or jam per drink and adjust to your taste!
