Strawberry Gin Smash
This fresh and fruity strawberry gin smash is a super simple cocktail that is perfect for spring and summer!

- ½ lime cut into wedges
- 6 strawberries hulled
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar to taste
- 6 ounces gin
- Ice
- ¼ cup Club soda or tonic water
Add the juice of two wedges of lime to two glasses along with a tablespoon of sugar. Muddle the strawberries with the back of a spoon in the glasses until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
½ lime, 6 strawberries, 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
Add ice, three ounces of gin to each glass, and fill the glass to the top with club soda.
6 ounces gin, Ice, ¼ cup Club soda or tonic water

To Make a Pitcher:
- Muddle ¼ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup lime juice, and ½ lb of strawberries in a pitcher that holds at least 8 cups.
- Stir in 2 cups of gin then fill to the top with club soda. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with a strawberry.
