These blood red halloween mimosas are the perfect spooky cocktail for the halloween season! Fun and festive, this bubbly cocktail is garnished with a sweet bloody rim to really bring in the spooky season!
Mix the corn syrup and red food coloring together on a small plate until the syrup is completely colored.
Dip the rims of the champagne flute into the red corn syrup, give it a spin so the flutes grab an excess amount of it. When you flip it right-side-up, the corn syrup will begin dripping down the glass.
Make the Mimosa
Fill your flutes with equal parts juice and sparkling wine, then top with the grenadine.
Serve immediately.

Make a Big Batch
To make a big batch of mimosas, simply multiply it by parts. You want equal parts wine and juice with 1/12 part grenadine.
