Ingredients

cup
fresh
flat leaf parsley
½
cup
fresh oregano

cloves
garlic
minced or pressed
½
cup
extra virgin olive oil
½
shallot
grated to a paste

lemon's juice
about 3 tbsp
1
tablespoon
red wine vinegar
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
½
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and give a whirl for 30 seconds, until all herbs are finely chopped and well combined.
Let sit covered in the fridge for 1-4 hours, to let flavors combine.
Keep in the fridge for a week.
